How does curbside check-in work?
We don't have lobby waiting. When you arrive, call us or come inside briefly to check in. Then wait in your vehicle with your pet until your exam room is ready. Your pet gets to wait somewhere familiar, away from a busy waiting room.

We accept cash, checks (for established clients), credit cards, Cherry Pet Financing, CareCredit, Scratch Pay and All Pet Care Card.
Do you accept pet insurance?
We are not associated with any pet insurance company.
Do you offer financing?

Can I order my pet's medications online?

What services do you offer?
We care for dogs and cats from puppyhood and kittenhood through their senior years, with wellness and preventative care, sick and urgent care, dentistry, surgery, diagnostics, pharmacy and end-of-life care. See all of our services.
Can my pet be seen the same day if they're sick?
We do our best to fit in same-day appointments for urgent problems during our office hours. Call us at (231) 723-9000 and let our team know what's going on. We don't have a dedicated emergency line, so if your pet has an emergency while we're closed, go to the nearest emergency veterinary hospital. More about sick and urgent care.

Our patients come from Manistee, Mason, Benzie, Wexford and Lake counties.
What end-of-life care do you offer?
We offer quality of life consultations, fully sedated euthanasia and cremation services. We can also help families who are not established clients when timely euthanasia is needed. Our guide to coping with the loss of a pet may also help.
